Join Forest Road Chocolate’s Stephanie Porter for a two-hour adventure in chocolate.
Build your knowledge and appreciation of chocolate and the local flavours of Newfoundland and Labrador through this hands-on experience.
In class, you’ll learn:
Tempering basics: what it is, why it’s critical, and how to get your chocolate in temper.
Bonbon making: every participant will design, decorate, shell, fill, and cap their very own bonbons. Then we’ll admire, share and taste the results.
This class is full of the techniques, tips, tricks and unique flavours of Forest Road Chocolates. You’ll leave class with some new skills and your very own box of chocolates.
